Interactive CD Dinosaurs:

Based in the interpretation of the Geology program we developed 3 essential contents:
The earth system; the rocks as archives of the earth’s history; the geological truth and the earth age; Earth is changing.
Answering the question-problem, the navigator will visit structuring concepts in Geology such
as for instance: the earth is constituted by several subsystems that interact and change themselves or the fact that the geological time can be materialized in objects as rocks or fossils. In some contents is formed an historical vision of the issue to understand the dynamic and evolutive characteristic of Science. In the content “Earth is changing” we explain some of the principal themes in Geology. As an essential aim of the application we also explain the scientific reasons given to explain the origin of the dinosaurs and all the different explanations for the same phenomena.

Virtual Wall

Interactive Multimedia site with image, 2D animation, text, audio and video, modulation and 3D animation where the user meets in a non-linear way Fernando Grade’s (b. 1943) poem “Chromatic Inventory for the New Painters” and participate in a construction of a net of people to take an ‘own’ unique color through the installation “Chromatic Inventory”. The information is available to all and about all users, with hyperlinks and search engine making possible the chat on-line (using image, text and audio) by submitting to a login pre-registration.




Global Art Virtual magazine (on-line)

Bilingual on-line publication in an interactive multimedia site format with image, 2D animation, text and audio and secondly to video, modelling and 3D animation, using the non-linear way to navigate. The magazine is actualized every 15 days and seeks to fill the existing emptiness left in the cultural and artistic system in Portugal when we focus into the global art concept as well as into the distinct cultural languages related to new technologies and multimedia potentialities. The magazine is an open-space where people can participate to the discussion about art, culture, new technologies of communication and information, among others. The visual side of the magazine is an essential characteristic and the articles contents have to be innovative. To promote interesting concepts, in Portugal and in C.P.L.P. countries, and simultaneously to promote the analysis, debate, interchanging, innovation and development of new artistic languages along with new technologies, emphasizing modern art, specially the one that interact with multimedia and digital components.
